Prices and launch offer
Prices in US dollars. Emprendedor US$8.50/month, Start US$14.50/month, Pro US$35.50/month and Agency US$100/month. With 30% off at launch: US$5.95, US$10.15, US$24.85 and US$70 per month, respectively. Customers keep their price while the same subscription stays active. Catalog edits do not change contracted prices. Taxes and the final total are disclosed before purchase.
Activation, renewal and cancellation
The planned flow requires registering a payment method and accepting the first charge date and amount before starting the trial. At the end of 72 hours, Emprendedor will be charged at the accepted price and renewed monthly unless cancelled beforehand. Paid allowances are enabled only after payment confirmation. A reminder 24 hours before the first charge and cancellation from the account are planned. Activation is currently assisted: card registration, reminders and automatic billing are not enabled yet. Requesting a trial does not create a charge. Contact: soporte@publica-ia.com. Refunds are reviewed according to the contract and applicable statutory rights; these terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived.
Plan capacity
Emprendedor: 1 brand, 1 user, 180 posts and 180 AI text credits per month. Start: 3 brands, 3 users, 540 posts and 540 credits. Pro: 10 brands, 10 users, 1,800 posts and 1,800 credits. Agency: 30 brands, 30 users, 5,400 posts and 5,400 credits. Allowances apply to the company and are shared across brands, not granted per brand. Each text suggestion uses one credit; each network delivery uses one post, including stories. All enabled platforms are included, subject to permissions, formats and availability.
Monthly counting and reservations
The monthly counting period runs from the first day at 00:00 UTC to the first day of the following month. In Chile, this may correspond to the evening of the previous day, depending on the time zone in effect. Unused allowances do not roll over. Each caption suggestion uses one generation; failed generations are not deducted. Each confirmed delivery to a network uses one post; sending to two networks uses two. A carousel counts once per network. Each item in a story sequence counts separately. Scheduled posts reserve capacity in the month of their planned date; cancelling them releases the reservation.
Add-ons and packs
Post and AI add-ons are one-time purchases for the activation month and do not roll over. Monthly brand and user add-ons require a disclosed validity period and are not automatically billed. Growth and Volume packs are one-time purchases: posts and AI apply to the activation month; validity of brands and users is confirmed before purchase. Check the plan section and activation summary.
Trial and support
The Emprendedor trial includes 1 brand, 1 user, 30 posts and 50 AI text credits in total for 72 hours from first sign-in with enabled access. Allowances do not reset at the start of a month. Each network delivery uses one post; each text suggestion uses one credit. One trial per customer/company. At expiry, content is kept and new usage and pending deliveries stop until a plan is activated. The trial does not include features above Emprendedor or add-ons. It currently creates no automatic charges.
