Request deletion
Email soporte@publica-ia.com from your account email with subject “Data deletion — Publica IA”. Specify whether you want to delete an account, brand or connection data, and identify the company or brand involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Verification and follow-up
We verify ownership or authorized administration before making changes. Support replies by email with scope and follow-up. If you cannot use your account email, ask for help verifying ownership without sharing credentials.
Disconnect or revoke access
Disconnect in the Publica IA connections module or revoke permissions in the relevant network application/integration settings. This stops future access; request deletion separately to remove stored information.
Scope
Requests may cover account profile, uploaded content, drafts, brand identity and connection data within the authorized scope. Justified exceptions for obligations, security or backups will be explained. Deleting Publica IA data does not itself delete posts already sent to social networks or other members’ data without authorization.
